Dr. N. Srinivasa Rao serves as the Principal and Professor at Vikas College of Pharmacy, Vissannapeta. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy at Vagdevi College of Pharmacy in Hanumakonda, Warangal, Telangana, India. He earned his Master’s in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Chennai, India, and obtained his PhD from Nagarjuna University, Guntur, India. Dr. Rao has been actively involved in teaching at Vikas College of Pharmacy, Vissannapeta, located in the NTR district of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Due to his dedication and commitment, he was promoted to Associate Professor and later Professor. Since 2004, he has held significant academic and administrative roles as Principal at Vikas College of Pharmacy. Dr. Rao has supervised 60 Bachelor of Pharmacy projects and 40 Master’s dissertations. He holds 3 patents and has published 30 research papers in prestigious national and international journals, including 10 Scopus-indexed articles. Additionally, he has authored two textbooks with well-known publishers.

Dr. Srinivasa Rao has successfully organised numerous seminars, conferences, and workshops and has participated in various conventions and conferences. He has delivered guest lectures at several national and international conferences. He is a life member of professional organisations like the Indian Pharmaceutical Association and the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India, and he serves on the Board of Studies (BOS) for pharmacy courses at JNTU Kakinada.
